Q: Are all items handmade?

A: Yes, every item in my shop is carefully hand-crocheted with love and attention to detail.

Q: Are the materials safe for babies?

A: Yes, I use soft, baby-friendly yarn that’s gentle on sensitive skin and free from harsh chemicals.

Q: Do you offer custom colours or sizes?

A: At this time, I don’t offer custom colours or sizing. All items are made in the designs and sizes listed. I hope you find something you love among my current collections!

 

🛍️ Ordering & Shipping Questions

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: please allow 1–2 weeks for processing, plus shipping time. Please be patient as our items are made to order.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

A: Due to the handmade nature of my items, I do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days and I’ll do my best to help.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: At the moment, we only ship within Australia. I hope to offer international shipping in the future!

Q: How do I wash my crochet items?

A: Always wash on delicate cycle with cold water or handwash. Whenever possible, crochet items should always be air dried- not run through a clothes dryer.
